About me
My job consists of designing characters and creating surreal scenarios related to the entertainment industry, cinema and theater.
Most of my activities are teamwork with other professionals.
I started my career at the age of 16, after receiving the First Prize in Art and Design, awarded by the University of Cambridge. Since then, I have participated in exhibitions and artistic activities up to the present, in Argentina and abroad.
I studied History of the Arts at the University of the Argentine Social Museum (Buenos Aires).
I like to communicate a profile of a traveling artist, who draws his sketchbooks, who portrays mundane and fantastic experiences at the same time, and who paints murals where the opportunity presents itself.
Hora French is a visual artist born in Córdoba Argentina recognized for the creation of his fictional characters in murals on public roads.
The concept of fantasy and entertainment prevails in his work, which takes the form of paintings, tattoos, stencils, cinematographic sculptures and animations.
His work astonishes the viewer to the point of discomfort.
His talent for drawing and a research process led him to create characters who speak and inquire about how we behave as a society.
Influenced by different artists like Goya, Magritte and Bansky in his beginnings, his disinterested artwork shows his vision of the world from the eyes of a child who has no limits of fantasy and creativity.”
